Coming into force 30th September 2003
The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by sections 3(3) and (5), 5(10), 6, 10(13), 11(1) and (2), and 35(1) of the Armed Forces Act 2001 hereby makes the following Order:
