# The Armed Forces (Flexible Working) Act 2018 (Commencement) Regulations 2018, Regulation 2: Commencement


Sections 1 (regular forces: part-time service and geographic restrictions) and 2 (consequential amendments) of the Armed Forces (Flexible Working) Act 2018 come into force on the day after the day on which these Regulations are made.
