# Armed Forces (Housing Loans) Act 1965, Paragraph 2


In subsection (3)—
(a) in paragraph (a), for the words “at the appropriate rate” there shall be substituted the words “at such rate as the Traesury may determine” ;
(b) in paragraph (c), for the words “the defence services” there shall be susbtituted the words “the service of the Ministry of Defence” ;
