# The Armed Forces Pension (Amendment) Regulations 2026, Regulation 1: Citation, commencement and extent


These Regulations—
(a) may be cited as the Armed Forces Pension (Amendment) Regulations 2026;
(b) come into force on 11th June 2026;
(c) extend to England and Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.
