  "text": "(1) The scheme advisory board is to consist of the following—\n(a) a chair appointed by the Secretary of State; and\n(b) at least 6 and no more than 20 persons appointed by the chair subject to the approval of the Secretary of State.\n(2) The appointment of a person to the scheme advisory board is subject to regulation 12 (conflict of interest: scheme advisory board).\n(3) The members of the scheme advisory board may be the same as the members of the scheme pension board.",
