# The Armed Forces Pension Regulations 2014, Regulation 2: Establishment of scheme

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

(1) These Regulations establish a scheme for the payment of pensions and other benefits in respect of a person’s service in the armed forces.
(2) The Schedule (remediable service) makes provision about remediable service.
