  "text": "(1) A pensions board (“the pensions board”) is established.\n(2) The pensions board is responsible for assisting the scheme manager in relation to securing compliance with—\n(a) these Regulations;\n(b) any other legislation relating to the governance and administration of this scheme and any connected scheme; and\n(c) requirements imposed by the Pensions Regulator in relation to this scheme or any connected scheme.\n(3) The pensions board may determine its own proceedings, subject to the approval of the scheme manager.",
