# The Armed Forces Pension Scheme 2005 (Amendment) Order 2011, Article 1: Citation, commencement and interpretation


(1) This Order may be cited as the Armed Forces Pension Scheme 2005 (Amendment) Order 2011 and comes into force on 27th June 2011.
(2) In this Order, “rules of the Scheme” means the rules of the Armed Forces Pension Scheme 2005 set out in the Armed Forces Pension Scheme Order 2005.
