# The Armed Forces Pension Scheme etc. (Amendment) Order 2006, Article 2: Interpretation


In this Order—
“the AFPS 1975” has the meaning given in rule A.1(4) of the AFPS 2005,
“the AFPS 2005” means the Armed Forces Pension Scheme 2005 established by article 2 of the Armed Forces Pension Scheme Order 2005, and
“the Scheme” means that Scheme.
