In Schedule 1, in rule A.1(4) the definition of “retirement annuity contract”, in rule D.4 in paragraph (1) the words “or (3)”, paragraph (3) and in paragraph (4) the words “or, as the case may be, rule D.3(4)”, in rules D.5(2) and (3), D.8(4)(b), (5)(a), (7)(a), (8)(b), (9) and (10), D.9(3), (4) and (5) and D.15(6)(b), the words “after consultation with the Scheme medical adviser” and rule F.7(2).
