  "text": "In these Rules references to a person’s active membership period, in relation to the Scheme or to another scheme, are to—\n(a)the period during which the person has been an active member of the Scheme or, as the case may be, that scheme, or\n(b)in the case of a person whose active membership has not been continuous, the aggregate period during which the person has been such a member.",
