# The Armed Forces Pension Scheme Order 2005, Paragraph 23: Review of ill-health awards at request of member or Secretary of State

Regulations 57 and 58 of the AFP Regulations 2014 apply to a transition member with continuity of service who is entitled under this Part to an ill-health award in respect of their service before their transition date.
