# The Armed Forces Pension Scheme Order 2005, Paragraph 70: Application of Chapter 4


This Chapter applies in respect of a relevant amount (together with any interest on that relevant amount) owed after taking into account the effect, if any, of paragraphs 65 to 69 (a “net liability”).
