# The Armed Forces Pension Scheme Order 2005, Paragraph 77: Sole beneficiary: a body


Where a body (corporate or unincorporate) is the sole beneficiary, the eligible decision-maker is—
(a) M’s personal representative, or
(b) where M has no personal representative, the Scheme manager.
