# The Armed Forces Pensions (Amendment) Regulations 2024, Regulation 4: Amendment of regulation 25


(1) Regulation 25 (calculation of amount of accrued pension for the purposes of Parts 4 and 5) is amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph (2)—
(a) omit the “and” after sub-paragraph (c);
(b) at the end of sub-paragraph (d) insert—
“; and
(e) any index supplement that may be due under regulation 25A”.
(3) In paragraph (5)—
(a) omit the “and” after sub-paragraph (a);
(b) at the end of sub-paragraph (b) insert—
“; and
(c) any index supplement that may be due under regulation 25A”.
