# The Armed Forces (Pensions and Compensation) Act 2004 (Commencement No. 2) Order 2005, Article 1: Citation and Interpretation


(1) This Order may be cited as the Armed Forces (Pensions and Compensation) Act 2004 (Commencement No.2) Order 2005.
(2) In this Order, “the Act” means the Armed Forces (Pensions and Compensation) Act 2004.
