# The Armed Forces (Pensions and Compensation) Act 2004 (Commencement No. 3) Order 2005, Article 3: Commencement


Schedule 3 to the Armed Forces (Pensions and Compensation) Act 2004, in so far as it is not already in force, shall come into force on 1 January 2006.
