  "text": "(1) Section 5A (appeals to Pensions Appeal Tribunal against specified decisions) is amended as follows.\n(2) In subsection (1), for “any such claim as is referred to in section 1, 2 or 3 of this Act” there is substituted “ a claim to which this section applies ”.\n(3) After that subsection there is inserted—\n“(1A) This section applies to—\n(a) any such claim as is referred to in section 1, 2 or 3 of this Act;\n(b) a claim under a scheme mentioned in section 1(2) of the Armed Forces (Pensions and Compensation) Act 2004 (compensation schemes for armed and reserve forces).”",
