# The Armed Forces Pensions (Remediable Service) (Amendment) Regulations 2025, Regulation 8: Amendment of the Armed Forces Pension Scheme Regulations 2014


(1) The Armed Forces Pension Scheme Regulations 2014 are amended as follows.
(2) In regulation 3 (interpretation), paragraph (1), omit the definition of “AFRS 2020”.
(3) In the Schedule (remediable service), paragraph 1 (interpretation), omit the definition of “AFRS 2020”.
