# The Armed Forces (Prescribed Air Navigation Order Offences) Order 2009, Article 1: Citation and commencement


This Order may be cited as the Armed Forces (Prescribed Air Navigation Order Offences) Order 2009 and comes into force on the 31st October 2009.
