# The Armed Forces (Proceedings) (Costs) Regulations 2009, Regulation 7: Payment in respect of costs


Where an order for the payment of costs taken to have been incurred by the Director as described in regulation 6 is made under these Regulations payment shall be made to the court administration officer.
