Regulation 1 Citation, commencement and extent

These Regulations may be cited as the Armed Forces (Service Complaints) (Amendment) Regulations 2022 and come into force on 15th June 2022.

These Regulations extend to the United Kingdom, the Isle of Man and the British Overseas Territories except Gibraltar.
