  "text": "(This note is not part of the Regulations)\nThe Armed Forces (Service Complaints) Regulations 2015 (S.I. 2015/1955) (“the 2015 Regulations”) make provision about the procedure for making and dealing with a service complaint.\nRegulation 2 makes amendments to the 2015 Regulations, which are consequential upon the commencement of section 2 of the Armed Forces Commissioner Act 2025 (c. 23) and the transfer of functions from the Service Complaints Ombudsman to the Armed Forces Commissioner.\nA full impact assessment has not been prepared for this instrument as no, or no significant, impact on the private, voluntary or public sectors is foreseen.",
