# The Armed Forces (Service Court Rules) (Amendment) Rules 2022, Rule 12: Amendments to Court Martial rules


For rule 94(a) (evidence given in private) substitute—
“(a) the proceedings are in respect of—
(i) a sexual offence,
(ii) a modern slavery offence, or
(iii) any other offence where it is alleged that the behaviour of the defendant amounted to domestic abuse.”.
