# The Armed Forces (Service Court Rules) (Amendment) Rules 2022, Rule 16: Amendments to the Service Civilian Court rules


In rule 2(2) (interpretation: proceedings and parties), at the appropriate place insert—
““domestic abuse” has the same meaning as in the Domestic Abuse Act 2021;”.
