Rule 21 Amendments to the Service Civilian Court rules

For rule 79(a) (evidence given in private), substitute—

“(a)

the proceedings relate to—

(i)

a sexual offence,

(ii)

a modern slavery offence, or

(iii)

any other offence where it is alleged that the behaviour of the defendant amounted to domestic abuse; or”.
