Article 17 Service Civilian Court rules

at the end of rule 96(2)(e) delete “and”;

in rule 96(2)(f), delete the full stop and insert “; and”;

after rule 96(2)(f), insert—

“(g)

any statement of the effect of the offence on the victim, the victim’s family or others.”.
