Regulation 14 Service of witness notice
Where a judge advocate issues a witness notice, the court administration officer shall serve it on the person to whom it is addressed by—
(a)
delivering it to him;
(b)
leaving it at his usual or last known place of residence;
(c)
sending it by post to that address; or
(d)
transmitting it to him by fax or other electronic means, but only if he has agreed to accept service by that method.
