  "text": "Public Service Pensions\nMade 3rd March 2015\nLaid before Parliament 9th March 2015\nComing into force 1st April 2015\nThe Secretary of State for Defence makes these Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 1(1) and (2)(h), 2(1), 3(1) to (4), and 18(5) of the Public Service Pensions Act 2013.\nIn accordance with section 3(5) of that Act, these Regulations are made with consent of the Treasury.",
