# The Armed Forces (Transitional Provisions) Pensions Regulations 2015, Introduction: Introductory text

Laid before Parliament 9th March 2015
Coming into force 1st April 2015
The Secretary of State for Defence makes these Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 1(1) and (2)(h), 2(1), 3(1) to (4), and 18(5) of the Public Service Pensions Act 2013.
In accordance with section 3(5) of that Act, these Regulations are made with consent of the Treasury.
