  "text": "(1) Schedule 1 shall be modified as follows.\n(2) In paragraph 1, after sub-paragraph (b) insert—\n“(ba) an advocate or solicitor of the Royal Court of Jersey of at least 7 years' standing;”.\n(3) In paragraph 6, at the end insert\n“and\n(e) in the case of a person who qualifies for appointment under paragraph 1(d) above by virtue of holding or having held judicial office in the Bailiwick of Jersey, with the consent of the Bailiff.”.",
