# The Army Act 1955 (Jersey) Order 1996, Paragraph 4


In section 151(1A)—
(a) after “Parliament of Northern Ireland” insert “or in force in the Bailiwick of Jersey”;
(b) at the end insert
“; or
(d) he is in the care of the Education Committee in the Bailiwick of Jersey.”.
