  "text": "DEFENCE\nMade 24th July 1990\nAt the Court at Buckingham Palace, the 24th day of July 1990\nPresent,\nThe Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty in Council\nWhereas a draft of this Order has been laid before Parliament and approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament:\nNow, therefore, Her Majesty, in pursuance of section 1(2) of the Armed Forces Act 1986, is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered as follows:—",
