# The Army, Air Force and Naval Discipline Acts (Continuation) Order 1992, Note: Explanatory note


(This note is not part of the Order)
This Order enables the provisions of the Army Act 1955, the Air Force Act 1955 and the Naval Discipline Act 1957 to continue in force for a period of twelve months beyond 31st August 1992, which is the latest date provided for in section 1(1) of the Armed Forces Act 1991.
