Article 2

The Army Act 1955^f1, the Air Force Act 1955^f2 and the Naval Discipline Act1957^f3 shall continue in force for a period of twelve months beginning on the day immediately following 31st August 2002 (which is the date on which those Acts would otherwise expire).
