  "text": "(This note does not form part of the Regulations)\nThese Regulations implement the provisions of Council Directive 90/429/EEC in relation to exports to member States and the approval of semen collection centres which engage in intra-Community trade in porcine semen. They disapply the Artificial Insemination of Pigs (England and Wales) Regulations 1964 and the Artificial Insemination of Pigs (Scotland) Regulations 1964 which continue to regulate the domestic trade in porcine semen.",
