  "text": "This Statutory Instrument has been printed in substitution of the SI of the same number and is being issued free of charge to all known recipients of that Statutory Instrument.\nIntellectual Property\nArtists\nMade 29th November 2011\nLaid before Parliament 2nd December 2011\nComing into force 1st January 2012\nThe Secretary of State is a Minister designated for the purposes of section 2(2) of the European Communities Act 1972 in relation to the right of artists to receive a payment on the sale of their work .\nThe Secretary of State makes these Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by that section.",
