  "text": "Every Annuity charged on any Premises by a Charging Order under this Act may be recovered by the Persons for the Time being entitled to the same by the same Means and in the like Manner in all respects as if it were a Rentcharge granted by Deed out of the Premises by the Owner thereof.",
