Regulation 1 Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Asbestos (Licensing) (Amendment) Regulations 1998 and, subject to paragraph (2), shall come into force on 1st February 1999.

Regulation 2, insofar as it relates to paragraphs 1, 2, 3(a), 4(b) and 5 of the Schedule to these Regulations, shall come into force on 1st August 1999.
