# The Asbestos (Licensing) (Amendment) Regulations 1998, Paragraph 3


In regulation 4–
(a) in paragraph (1), after the word “coating” insert “or work with asbestos insulating board”; and
(b) for paragraph (4) substitute the following paragraph–
“(4) The Executive may revoke a licence if it considers it appropriate to do so.”
