Regulation 1 Citation, commencement and interpretation

These Regulations may be cited as the Asbestos (Prohibitions) (Amendment) Regulations 1988 and shall come into force on 11th May 1988.

In these Regulations “the principal Regulations” means the Asbestos (Prohibitions) Regulations 1985^f1.
