Section 66 of the Environment Act 1995 (National Park Management Plans) is amended as follows.

In subsection (7), in paragraph (a), for “and strategic planning panel” substitute “ and corporate joint committee ”.

For subsection (10) substitute—

“(10)
In this section “corporate joint committee” means a corporate joint committee to which Part 6 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004 applies by virtue of regulations under Part 5 of the Local Government and Elections (Wales) Act 2021.”
