The Children Act 2004 is amended as follows.

In section 25 (co-operation to improve well-being: Wales), in subsection (4) for paragraph (f) substitute—

“(f)

the Commission for Tertiary Education and Research;”.

(3)

In section 29 (information databases), in subsection (7) for paragraph (b) substitute—

“(b)

the Commission for Tertiary Education and Research;”.
