  "text": "(1) The area marked A on Plan 4 as referred to in the Ashford Borough (Reorganisation of Community Governance) Order No 1 2016 (“the Order”), which ceased to be part of the parish of Shadoxhurst and became part of the parish of Great Chart with Singleton in consequence of the Order, ceases to be part of the electoral division of Ashford Rural South and becomes part of the electoral division of Ashford Rural West.\n(2) The area marked D on Plan 4 as referred to in the Order, which ceased to be part of the parish of Great Chart with Singleton and became part of the parish of Kingsnorth in consequence of the Order, ceases to be part of the electoral division of Ashford Rural West and becomes part of the electoral division of Ashford Rural South.\n(3) The area marked A on Plan 6 referred to in the Order, which became part of the parish of Kingsnorth in consequence of the Order, ceases to be part of the electoral division of Ashford East and becomes part of the electoral division of Ashford Rural South.\n(4) The area marked B on Plan 6 referred to in the Order, which became part of the parish of Kingsnorth in consequence of the Order, ceases to be part of the electoral division of Ashford East and becomes part of the electoral division of Ashford Rural South.\n(5) The area marked C on Plan 6 as referred to in the Order, which ceased to be part of the parish of Kingsnorth in consequence of the Order, ceases to be part of the electoral division of Ashford Rural South and becomes part of the electoral division of Ashford East.",
