# The Ashworth Hospital Authority (Abolition) Order 2002, Article 5: Winding-Up of affairs of the Authority


It shall be the duty of the Trust to take such action as may be necessary for the winding-up of the affairs of the Authority, including the preparation of the outstanding accounts of the Authority and the performance of all statutory duties relating to those accounts.
