Section 195 Short title and commencement
(1)
This Act may be cited as the Housing (Scotland) Act 2006.
(2)
Sections 190 and 191 and this section come into force on Royal Assent.

The other provisions of this Act come into force on such day as the Scottish Ministers may by order appoint.
