# The Assembly Learning Grant (Further Education) Regulations 2007, Regulation 16: Overpayments


An eligible student must, if so required by the Welsh Ministers, repay any amount paid to the student under these Regulations which for whatever reason exceeds the amount of Assembly Learning Grant to which he or she is entitled under these Regulations.
