Regulation 12 Calculation of parent’s partner’s residual income

The residual income of an eligible student’s parent’s partner whose residual income is part of the household income by virtue of regulation 8(2)(a) is determined in accordance with regulation 11, references to the eligible student’s partner being construed as references to the eligible student’s parent’s partner and references to the eligible student being construed as references to the eligible student’s parent.
