  "text": "(This note is not part of the Regulations)\nThese Regulations amend the Assembly Learning Grants and Loans (Higher Education) (Wales) Regulations 2007 (“the 2007 Regulations”).\nAmendments to the 2007 Regulations\nThe 2007 Regulations provide for support for students taking designated higher education courses in respect of an academic year beginning on or after 1 September 2007.\nThese Regulations amend the 2007 Regulations in relation to the provision of support to students who are undertaking designated distance learning courses set out in the new regulations 61E (support for distance learning courses), 61F (amount of support) and 61H (disabled distance learning students' allowance).\nRegulations 4 to 16 amend the figures in regulations 61E, 61F and 61 H of the 2007 Regulations.",
