  "text": "This Statutory Instrument has been printed to correct an error in S.I. 1993/1877 and is being issued free of charge to all known recipients of that Statutory Instrument.\nINDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT\nMade 27th July 1993\nLaid before Parliament 27th July 1993\nComing into force 1st August 1993\nThe Secretary of State, in exercise of his powers under section 1(1), (3), (4) and (7) of the Industrial Development Act 1982 and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:",
